Due to COVID19 or Inclement Weather, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your customized order although most non-customized orders are received within 2 weeks. If your ordered item(s) is not within our inventory, please allow us some additional time to produce it especially for you, as materials are available. Afterwards, we will ship it to you and provide you with a tracking number.
Under normal conditions, all shipping will occur on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. The exception will be if a holiday falls on either of those days. If so, Wednesday or Friday will serve as the alternate shipping day.
Tracking numbers for all shipments are available and will be shared via email with the customer after the shipments have been made. Please allow up to eight (8) days for delivery.
