Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy-

Returns will be accepted within 3 weeks (15 business days) of purchase for items that did not meet the customer's request. Acceptable exchange or correction will be made to items in question. If exchange or correction does not meet the customer's satisfaction, a full refund will be granted minus any online payment transaction fees and shipping fees.

This policy applies to errors created by production or delivery of goods. Worn/Washed clothing will not be acceptable under this policy.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused/unwashed with original tags and labels if provided. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

How to Return by Mail-

1. Package your items securely. Please include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your return. If you do not have this information, simply include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Refunds may be delayed if the return cannot be identified.

2. Return shipping is at your expense. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s). 

3. Retain your tracking information and shipping receipt until your refund is issued.

It can take 5-7 business days for your return to reach us. Once your return is received, it can take an additional 3 business days for us to process your return. Once your refund is processed it can take 2-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

Refund Policy - NO REFUNDS on embroidered or screen print items that were ordered per the customer's specifications.
